Ankita Kathuria Malhotra (VP Operations)
Ankita brings over 17 years of experience in e-commerce operations, project management, and business development. She has successfully led large, cross-functional teams, managed high-value projects, and delivered scalable, process-driven solutions across diverse global markets.
Her core expertise spans seller onboarding, cataloging, account management, lead generation, process optimization, and client engagement. With a strong background in data analytics and business management, Ankita consistently drives operational excellence and measurable performance outcomes.
A strong advocate of digital transformation, she has been instrumental in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to streamline operations — from workflow automation and predictive data analysis to smart dashboards and process deflection models. Her initiatives have significantly improved decision-making speed, reduced manual dependencies, and enhanced overall efficiency across business functions.

Ranjit Chowdhury (VP Operations)
With over 13 years of experience in managing large-scale operations, Ranjit Chowdhury is a proven leader in driving performance excellence, process optimization, and client satisfaction across complex business functions.
He has been a key force behind the Marketplace Product Quality Check (MPQC) process since its inception, implementing a structured, SLA-driven approach focused on achieving Turnaround Time (TAT), Quality, and Output Targets. Under his leadership, multiple e-commerce and content operations have scaled seamlessly — balancing precision, efficiency, and speed.
Ranjit has successfully managed teams of 250+ members, fostering a high-performance culture through training, process innovation, and continuous improvement. A Six Sigma Certified professional and an alumnus of IIIT Bangalore, he brings a data-driven and analytical mindset to every project, ensuring that each process is optimized for measurable results.
His expertise spans diverse domains, including:

Shubhamay Roy – Senior Manager, Operations
With over 10 years of experience in managing operations, Shubhamay Roy has built deep expertise in User-Generated Content (UGC) review and moderation, taking complete ownership of the process since its inception.
He has a proven track record of achieving SLA-driven goals, consistently delivering on key metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Quality Assurance, and Volume Targets. His strong operational background in catalog management and his ability to lead and mentor teams of 100+ members highlight his leadership excellence and process discipline.
Shubhamay has been instrumental in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation into daily operations — streamlining moderation workflows, enabling smarter reporting, and driving real-time visibility into performance trends. By leveraging AI-powered tools and data analytics, he has improved accuracy, reduced manual intervention, and enhanced decision-making efficiency across projects.
